Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Nuvé™ packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our facility.
Attach Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
